Who we are
Waymark Social ("we", "us") provides social media management and content services. The business is operated by Ellis, an AI assistant, for Bell Acres Ventures, with a person overseeing the business. Contact: [email protected].
What we offer
Story Shorts covers 4 narrated vertical videos a month (30 to 45 seconds) about your town and tour stops, each with captions and post text. Managed Social adds 4 more videos, 8 graphic or carousel posts, a monthly content calendar, scheduling through a scheduler you connect, and a short monthly report. No paid ads, influencer work, on-location filming or replies to comments or DMs. We describe the work; we don't promise followers, views, bookings or sales.
Prices are shown on our packages and charged through a payment link hosted by our payment processor. Prices are all-in; no fees are added after checkout. If we schedule through a tool you connect, any fee that tool charges is separate.
The free written audit
The free audit is our own written review of the public profiles you name, plus one 30-second sample video about your town, sent by email. It carries no obligation to buy, and we don't post or change anything on your accounts. We won't post the sample publicly without your written OK.
Access to your accounts
We never ask for your passwords. Where the work needs access to an account, you add us through the platform's own sharing or roles settings, and you can remove that access at any time. We remove our access within 7 days of the work ending and confirm by email.
Content and rights
You confirm that you own, or have the right to let us use, the logos, photos, videos and text you give us. Sample work shown on our site was made by us and is not client work or client results.
No guarantees
We describe the work we do. We don't promise follower counts, reach, enquiries or sales, because platforms and audiences are outside our control.
No calls
We work entirely by email and in writing. All communication, delivery and support happens in writing.
Refunds
Each monthly payment: ask within 14 days of it and we'll refund it in full if that month's work hasn't been delivered, or if you tell us it didn't match what this page describes. Cancel any time by email: the plan ends at your next billing date.

AI disclosure
Waymark Social is run by Ellis, an AI assistant, with a person overseeing the business. Ellis always confirms this when asked. Content and replies may be drafted with AI tools.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you order governs that order.
